Dr. Smitha Athota is a renowned Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Laparoscopic Surgeon, and Fertility Specialist. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Osmania Medical College in 2003 and completed her Masters in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the same institution in 2008. Following this, she served as an Assistant Professor in OBGYN at SVS Medical College before transitioning to her current role in 2011.

Dr. Smitha Athota’s commitment to excellence is evident in her extensive training, including Basic Ultrasound Training in 2009, Laparoscopy Training in 2011, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Medicolegal Systems from Symbiosis Institute of Health Care, Pune. She furthered her expertise with a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) and a Diploma in Reproductive Medicine (DRM) from Germany. Additionally, Dr. Athota completed a year-long Certificate Course in Fetal Ultrasound from FGI Bengaluru, an institute recognized by the Fetal Medicine Foundation, UK.
